This area is also very good upland bird hunting and has a decent deer population, there is also some great fishing to be had, it would be a great combo hunt
This unit is found in the southeast corner of the state and is home to a small but growing population of moose. Historically moose have not been huntable in this location but populations have continued to grow to the point that the state now allows hunting.
A small but growing population of moose can be found here. This is a massive unit and hunters will really need to be prepared to cover ground in search of bulls.
