Wyoming has early left over archery tags avail in June. First come/serve. Some are in units that require a guide but you're hunting great country with bulls much better than most. Pay to play.....

You can get over the counter Elk tags as a resident and nonresident in WA state. That’s my 3 year, 5 year and 10 year plan
