On The Ground
Also known as Hat Six, this area is located near the Casper city limits, and the town of Glenrock. Public lands are distributed throughout the unit but some of these areas will not typically hold populations of antelope. Success can still be found on public lands but the best odds for punching a tag and finding a mature buck will be found on private lands.
This unit is a majority of private land with intermixed BLM and State Lands. There is fair access to public lands in this unit.
Terrain
This unit has a lot of open plains and rolling hills where antelope can typically be found. The climate here is typically dry. This unit has high elevations, but antelope hunting will usually go on in the lower elevations.

Vegetation
Grasslands and high desert prairies can be found here. Most of this high desert prairies will have sagebrush with scattered pinyons and junipers. This general area is located along the North Platte River that will have different types of trees and shrubs.
Access
Public access is decent in this unit but some parcels will not hold suitable enough habitat to hold antelope. Many county roads cover this area and reaching these public parcels is generally straight forward.
Camping and Lodging
There is very little camping in this unit, because most of the public land is state owned land, where camping is not allowed. The city of Casper is found in the North part of the unit, and can provide hotels, gas stations, and resturants.
