Nevada holds a small population of Black bears located along the California border on the western edge of the state. Tags are distributed through a draw system; successfully drawing a tag will grant you hunting access to any of the 10 available units. Draw odds are extremely steep for both residents and nonresidents, and trophy potentials are generally lower than most states.
