This hunt district is located in south central Montana. It is north of Big Timber and on the eastern side of the Crazy Mountains. The antelope are typically found on private land in this area and access is extremely difficult. Most of the agriculture operations are smaller outfits, also making hunting more difficult.

Antelope populations are very stable in this hunting district. There is a respectable buck to doe ratio. The general tag is good for either sex antelope.
