Unit 135 in Colorado is appreciated for its challenging yet rewarding hunting opportunities, with hunters noting the importance of knowing the terrain due to its varied elevations and cover types. Successful strategies often involve scouting heavily before the season to understand game movement and adapting plans as the season progresses, especially in response to weather patterns. Many hunters suggest paying attention to draw odds, as understanding these can aid in planning and increasing chances of a successful hunt. Overall, the sentiment reflects a general appreciation for the unit's potential if one prepares thoroughly and remains adaptable to conditions.
