Nevada has long been considered a top destination for mule deer hunting. Some units are known for producing trophy-class animals scoring from 175-190" B&C, while several units across the state offer a great opportunity to harvest a representative buck. Until recent years, most mule deer herds in Nevada have always been managed more conservatively than herds in several other states with few tags issued for the number of deer.
