Five moose were shot and left to rot in North Dakota in late April, leaving the North Dakota Game and Fish Department (NDGFD) looking for answers. Two bulls and three cows – one pregnant with triplets (with two calves cut out of her) – were discovered about six miles southwest of Dunseith in what can only be described as a heinous poaching case.
Did you see something? Do you have any tips or information? If so, please contact NDGFD District Game Warden Jonathan Tofteland at 701-201-0703. If you would prefer to remain anonymous, then contact the agency’s Report All Poachers tip line at 701-328-9921.
There is a $2,000 reward for any information that leads to a conviction.

The fact that there is only a $2,000 reward for information on this is a joke... it tells me that if they ever catch whoever is responsible for this they won't get much beyond a harsh scolding.
