The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish (NMDGF) is proposing possible hunt rule changes for deer, elk and the elk private lands use system (E-PLUS). In order to discuss these proposed changes and collect public comments, NMDGF is holding four public meetings July 25 through Aug. 6.
According to Ruidoso News, the changes include:
Meetings will be held July 25 in Roswell, July 26 in Las Cruces, Aug. 1 in Santa Fe and Aug. 2 in Albuquerque.
