GOHUNT is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of customer acquisition and retention. This role is built for someone who lives and breathes western big game hunting, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and knows how to craft messaging that actually resonates with hunters. You’re comfortable working with data, turning insights into action, and you understand the real problems hunters face when planning and executing western hunts. As a key member of the Marketing team, you’ll play a central role in shaping how hunters discover, understand, and engage with GOHUNT. You’ll work closely with our eCommerce and Insider products to improve the full customer journey—from first touch to long-term retention—using real customer insights to refine messaging, campaigns, and conversion paths.
This role is based at our Las Vegas, NV office. As a key member of the team, the ability to work in person at our headquarters is essential for seamless integration with product, e-commerce, and business stakeholders.

Own the acquisition funnel across subscription and ecommerce, identifying drop-off points and leading initiatives to improve conversion at every stage
Manage paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, etc.), including day-to-day execution and ongoing budget recommendations
Own lifecycle and campaign marketing strategy for both subscription and ecommerce audiences
Collaborate with the product team on in-app growth levers, onboarding optimization, and subscription retention
Support tentpole ecommerce campaign planning (Black Friday, seasonal sales events, etc.) in coordination with the broader marketing team
Own app store optimization (ASO) strategy and execution
Deliver regular performance reporting and campaign lookbacks on core growth KPIs
Maintain the marketing planning calendar for cross-functional stakeholder visibility
2+ years of growth marketing experience required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable strategy
Hands-on experience with paid acquisition platforms (Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, or similar)
Familiarity with CRM and lifecycle marketing platforms (Braze or similar)
Experience running structured A/B or multivariate experiments
Understanding of subscription business models and mobile app growth
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
High level of ownership, initiative, and accountability
Ability to prioritize and execute independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Passion for the outdoors, hunting, or the GOHUNT mission is a strong plus
