We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate content producer to join our in-house production team! The ideal candidate will be a production Swiss-army-knife and is comfortable pitching ideas, getting behind (or in front of) the camera, putting in work in the edit bay, or venturing into the field to capture content. They are passionate about the outdoors and hunting community, up-to-date on social and long-form video trends, and willing to bring ideas to the table and work with our internal stakeholders on content series, one-off videos, and other production initiatives.
Storytelling is the core of our content and our business—this producer must be able to communicate the emotional content and excitement of a hunter’s yearly lifecycle in videos of all lengths, still photos, and live in-the-moment content. This is an interactive process, requiring the ability to work with existing footage, collaborate with internal teams, and record live footage as well as digital apps and software platforms.

Produce, film, and edit content for GOHUNT platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and our own channels.
Staying current with trends on social media for organic and advertising purposes.
Shoot video content in the field while on hunts.
Can include backpacking in steep terrain and being out of service for up to 10 days.
Includes adhering to a prescribed shot list and documentary-style filming and storytelling
Production planning & showrunning when necessary
Closely communicate with GOHUNT’s leadership, marketing & creative teams to ensure content output is aligned with company vision and goals
Lead or assist with set lighting, audio setup, and overall production
Bachelor’s degree in video production preferred
Minimum 2+ years experience working in production
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Business Suite, and asset libraries and storage solutions
Experience with production tools including (but not limited to) cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, audio recording, and mobile phone recording
Openness to work with and learn cutting-edge AI tools
Role is based in Las Vegas, Nevada with some travel requirements, primarily across the West but including the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
Valid passport is required
40+ hours / week, salaried position
Experience and comfortability in the backcountry and in survival situations, including out-of-service areas and rough terrain.
